UniFi Setup
UniFi is a network management platform from Ubiquiti. Once connected, Junto can list consoles, sites, and devices, view connected clients, trace network paths, and inspect VLAN configurations β giving the AI agent full network visibility during ticket triage.
Prerequisites
A UniFi Site Manager account at ui.com
An API key generated from your UniFi Site Manager account
Step 1: Generate an API Key
See Getting Started with the Official UniFi API for detailed instructions.
Log in to your UniFi Site Manager account at ui.com.
Navigate to your API settings and generate a new API key.
Copy the API key.
Step 2: Configure in Junto
In Junto, go to Settings > Integrations > UniFi.
Click Add Configuration and enter your API Key. This is encrypted before storage.
Click Create. Junto validates the connection by listing your UniFi consoles.
Step 3: Map Companies to Sites
After connecting, Junto lists all available UniFi sites across your consoles.
Use the company mapping interface to link each Junto company to its UniFi site(s). A company can have multiple sites.
Save mappings.
What the AI Agent Can Do
All UniFi tools are read-only and do not require approval.

The UniFi integration is read-only. The AI agent can view devices, clients, and topology but cannot modify configurations, restart devices, or block clients.
Troubleshooting
Connection fails -- Verify your API key is correct and has not been revoked. The key must be at least 20 characters.
No consoles listed -- Ensure the API key belongs to an account that has access to UniFi consoles via Site Manager.
Devices not found -- Check that the company-to-site mapping is correct.
Clients not showing -- Clients only appear while actively connected. Offline clients are not listed.
