Auvik relies on a local collector installed at each client site. Device data is only available for sites where a collector is deployed and active.
Troubleshooting
Connection fails -- Verify your email, API key, and base URL. Ensure your Auvik account has API access enabled.
No tenants listed -- Confirm your account has access to the expected tenants.
Devices not found -- Check that the company mapping is correct and that the Auvik collector is online at the client site.
No performance data -- Ensure the device has been monitored long enough for Auvik to collect statistics.
