Overview
The Junto Pod embeds directly inside ConnectWise service tickets, giving your technicians AI assistance without leaving their workflow.
Step 1: Enable the pod
On your ConnectWise configuration card in Settings → Integrations → ConnectWise PSA:
Auto-configure (recommended) — enable the "Auto-configure pod in ConnectWise" checkbox. Junto will automatically create the pod entry in ConnectWise.
Manual setup — if auto-configuration isn't available, expand "Manual Setup Instructions" and follow the steps to create a Hosted API entry in ConnectWise using the provided URL and settings.
Step 2: Each technician enables the pod
Each technician must add the pod to their Service Ticket view once:
Open any Service Ticket in ConnectWise
Click the + icon to add a pod
Move "Junto" from "Hidden" to "Displayed"
Click "Save"
The Junto pod will now appear in all service tickets for that technician.
Troubleshooting
Issue | Solution |
Auto-setup failed | Use the manual setup instructions and verify your API member has "System → Manage Hosted API" permissions |
Pod not appearing | Each technician must manually add it to their view (Step 2 above) |
Pod display is cut off | Adjust the Pod Height setting in ConnectWise (default: 660px) |
