Create Security Role
In Connectwise PSA, Navigate to System > Security Roles and create a new security role.

Naming your Role "Junto", configure the permissions as below:

Create API Member
Navigate to System > Members and create a new API Member
Set member id and name to junto and set role id to "Junto". Save
Open the new Junto API member and select the API Keys tab.
Create a new API key and make note of the public and private keys
In Junto, go to Settings > Integrations and open the Connectwise PSA integration.
Click Edit and input the company name (the one you use to login to Connectwise) and the public and private keys.
And select Update.
Open "Configure Boards" and Select the boards you would like to sync to Junto.
Apply Selections and set-up the status mappings.
Save Mappings and click Sync-Now to start initial sync.
While sync is running, click "Technician Mapping" and verify mappings with Junto users.
Switch to Ticket Mode to view tickets and get started:
