General Assistant
The General Assistant is an AI chat experience that is not tied to a specific ticket. Use it to ask questions, investigate issues, generate reports, and work across clients -- all powered by your connected integrations.
How It Works
Open the General Assistant from the Junto sidebar.
Type a question or click a suggested prompt.
The assistant uses your connected integrations to find answers -- looking up devices, checking security status, pulling ticket data, searching documentation, and more.
Each conversation is saved as a session you can return to later.
Example Questions

Reports & Exports
The assistant can generate downloadable reports when you need to share findings or keep records. Ask for a report and the assistant will create a file you can download directly from the chat.
Sessions
Each conversation is its own session:
Sessions are listed in the sidebar, grouped by date.
Click any session to pick up where you left off.
Search sessions by name to find past conversations.
Delete sessions you no longer need.
New sessions are automatically named based on your first message.
Available in Slack & Teams
The General Assistant also powers conversations in Slack and Teams. When your team messages the Junto bot, they get the same experience in their messaging app.
