A natural-language prose summary (under 100 words) with bold formatting on key details. The summary adapts to the ticket's stage:
New tickets — who is affected, what they're experiencing, any urgency
In-progress tickets — the issue, troubleshooting steps taken, current status
Resolved tickets — the issue, resolution, and outcome
