What it does

Generates concise, skimmable summaries of ticket content. Key information like names, devices, error messages, and actions taken are bold-formatted so you can scan the summary in seconds.

When it runs

Triggered when a signal is created and on updates, so the summary stays current as the ticket progresses.

Output

A natural-language prose summary (under 100 words) with bold formatting on key details. The summary adapts to the ticket's stage:

  • New tickets — who is affected, what they're experiencing, any urgency

  • In-progress tickets — the issue, troubleshooting steps taken, current status

  • Resolved tickets — the issue, resolution, and outcome
