Advisor
The Advisor is Junto's recommendations engine. It continuously analyzes your resolved tickets and operational patterns to surface actionable recommendations β helping you identify opportunities to build runbooks, create documentation, and discover revenue potential.
Overview
Advisor works in the background, monitoring your ticket data for patterns that indicate:
Recurring issues that could be handled by a runbook or automation.
Knowledge gaps where a KB article or documented procedure would help your team.
Revenue opportunities where upsell or new service offerings align with client needs.
Navigate to Advisor in the sidebar to access the dashboard.

Each opportunity card shows the recommended products, affected companies, and supporting evidence. You can Approve & Draft, Snooze, or Dismiss each opportunity.
Scope
Recommendations can be scoped at two levels:
Company-scoped -- Applies to a specific client.
Organization-wide -- Applies across your entire organization.
The scope is shown on each recommendation card.
