The Resolution Comparison processor analyzes resolved tickets to surface automation opportunities. It helps you understand which tickets could benefit from deeper AI involvement and where to focus integration efforts.

What It Does

After a ticket is resolved, this processor evaluates the resolution and identifies opportunities for automation on similar tickets in the future.

Where It Appears

Results feed into the Advisor and Efficiency Dashboard, helping you understand where automation can save time and which integration gaps to close.

When to Use It

This processor is enabled by default. It is useful for:

  • Identifying tickets that could be automated

  • Prioritizing which integrations or tools to add next

  • Tracking automation readiness over time

  • Runs on: Ticket status changes to resolved or closed

  • Default State: Enabled

  • Prerequisite: Triage Note processor must be enabled
