What it does

Evaluates how automatable a ticket is based on your connected integrations and tools. Provides a score from 0–100 indicating how much the AI agent can help, along with specific actions the agent can take.

When it runs

Triggered when a new signal is created.

Output

  • Score (0–100) — automation potential based on connected tools:

    • High (76–100) — agent can investigate and remediate

    • Medium (51–75) — agent can gather significant diagnostics

    • Medium-Low (26–50) — agent can do basic information gathering

    • Low (0–25) — physical issue or no connected tools

  • Matched integrations — which connected tools are relevant

  • Suggested capabilities — specific actions the agent can take now

  • Limiting factors — what prevents a higher score

  • Recommended integrations — unconnected tools that would help

  • Potential score — estimated score if recommendations are connected
